"Work Placement Programme"
The Work Placement Programme facilitates your business to take on a person for a work experience placement for a maximum of nine months. While the person is gaining valuable work experience they are also contributing to your business. You have the opportunity to see how they work and if you are in a position to recruit you will have had ample opportunity to determine if they are suitable.
MOOG Ireland will be the presented case study as a user of this programme, MOOG personnel will be in attendance for Q&As

IBEC GradLink connects businesses who are offering internship opportunities to Degree and Masters level graduates. Internships will typically last around nine months but could be shorter depending upon your needs. To get the right intern it is important to invest time into developing a clear profile of the internship and objectives of the placement. Getting this right at the start is worth it to ensure maximum benefit to both the intern and your organisation. It is important to be aware that internships are not a substitute for existing jobs.
