Michael F. Falcon is Senior Vice President of Operations & Support and a Director of NETGEAR International, Ltd., having joined NETGEAR in November 2002 as Vice President of Operations with subsequent promotion to SVP of Operations and Director NETGEAR International in April 2006 and SVP of Operations and Support in 2010.

From September 1999 to November 2002, Mr. Falcon worked at Quantum Corporation, a data technology company, where he served as Vice President of Operations and supply chain management. From April 1999 to September 1999, Mr. Falcon was at Meridian Data, a storage company acquired by Quantum Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Operations. From February 1989 to April 1999, Mr. Falcon was at Silicon Valley Group, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, where he served as Director of Operations, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Management.

Prior to that, he served in management positions at SCI Systems, an electronics manufacturer, Xerox Imaging Systems, a provider of scanning and text recognition solutions and Plantronics, Inc., a provider of lightweight communication headsets.

Mr. Falcon received a B.A. degree with Honours in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has completed coursework in the M.B.A. program at Santa Clara University. He was certified by APICS and has attended Leadership/Operations Executive Development Programs at Santa Clara University, MIT and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Joan O’Sullivan joined NETGEAR’s Cork Office in 2007. Joan is Senior Manager of EMEA Operations focusing on Planning and Customer Order Services, where she plays a key role in balancing the supply and demand equation for NETGEAR’s products across various geographies.

Joan has a wealth of Supply Chain experience across a number of sectors and has previously worked for GN ReSound, Buckeye Technologies & Apple.

Joan has an MSC in Supply Chain Management from DIT.
