We are privileged to have the team at the Nimbus Research Centre open their doors once again and showcase the centre to CEIA member organsitions. The Nimbus Research Centre is at the forefront of cyber-physical systems (CPS) and Internet of Things (IoT) research, innovation and learning. It’s 30+ staff deliver 70+ research projects to industry annually. It provides an R&D service underpinned by research expertise in User Experience Design, Data Science, Hardware and Software Development. www.nimbusgateway.ie. It is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Southern, Eastern & Midland Regional Programme 2021-27.

We will be presented with an MTU and Nimbus Research Centre update including details on Industry Engagement, Research, Teaching & Learning. This will include an Interview and panel Discussion with Researchers from Nimbus/MTU that will address current topical technology trends that will strike a chord.  

A Nimbus Research Centre Tour will be facilitated showcasing a number of research demonstrators, new laboratory equipment, and opportunity to get up close with relevant Nimbus Research Centre staff.
