Bourns has expanded its customer base, supporting customers who develop advanced energy-efficient power supplies. The global electrification trend has driven a steep rise in the demand for power-saving components in the Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicle (EV) sectors. In response and as a valuable resource, the new Cork Electrification Laboratory is available for the testing and development of next-generation high performance electronic components. Bourns has been at the forefront of engineering innovative power solutions that help advance the development of fast-charging EV networks, high energy storage technology and many other evolving electrification applications.
