CORKMEET 2013 will facilitate almost 10,000 individual face-to-face meetings, organised in advance based on the meeting requirements of each participant. A purpose-built software system provided by Futurallia allows participating companies to register a detailed company profile online and request meetings with other participants.
A detailed catalogue of all registered businesses will be available to view online via log-in details. Registered businesses then select meeting choices from this online listing prior to the event. The software creates the meeting schedules based on the individual selections of each delegate.
At the event on 10th April, participants are provided with their personalised meeting schedule. To ensure accuracy and relevance meeting schedules are not available before the 10th April registration date. An experienced team is in permanent contact and will be present at the Forum to ensure the best response to any changes to meetings which may occur.
